Join us on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, for an unforgettable night above Las Olas featuring a premium open bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, live music from a three-piece band, and a sparkling midnight champagne toast. Surrounded by skyline views, festive energy, and our signature elevated atmosphere, this is the celebration you’ll remember long into the new year.
Our Rooftop Party is designed for guests who want a refined yet lively NYE experience. Enjoy the freedom to mix, mingle, dance, sip, and savor your way into 2026. Party favors and entertainment throughout the night will keep the celebration going from 9pm until 1am, all set against the backdrop of Catch & Cut’s modern coastal elegance.

Guests dining with us on New Year’s Eve may purchase tickets at a discounted rate of $100 per person, which will be added directly to your dinner check.
